The list just came out, and it’s got a few dandies in it. Just to make sure you realize what this list means, this is a list of players who have agreed to be included in the D-League draft. They’re going to at least be part of the D-League draft pool. It doesn’t mean they’ll be there for the first game, or anything beyond that, it just means a commitment is made and gives us an idea of who will be playing in the D-League next year.

One name to watch is Nate Miles. This kid would have been a lottery pick in the NBA draft except getting caught up in a recruiting scandal at UCONN. The reasons Miles was’nt drafted had little to nothing to do with his basketball ability. Miles clearly has the potential to be an elite NBA player and deserves a chance in the NBDL.
