The irony is that Jeannie herself is about 100 years younger than her own boyfriend, Phil. Love the hypocritical self-righteousness from her.
Jerry Buss is sick – SICK I TELL YOU, SICK – for wanting to have sex with 20 year old women, with great bodies and who, presumably, are awesome in bed. Jeanie, on the other hand, is perfectly normal – she’s just banging a guy 30 years his senior, with bad hips and probably incapable of sexual intercourse unless and until the little pill is taken. That is normal. No, not disgusting, like her daddy, but normal :).
Two things: you’re assuming that people in Los Angeles DON’T think Buss is a creepy weirdo. Everyone does, including the media. You also assuming that nobody cares because it’s too liberal there or something. Is that what you’re inferring? Whatever.
Still you can’t compare Buss to Donald Sterling until he’s a slumlord, too, not just a fellow douchebag.
Doesn’t seem to me like there is much assuming going on in that post. Or you’re much better in detecting assumptions than I am.
People don’t really think of Buss as creepy. He’s a rich guy who bought his favorite sports team, drinks too much, plays poker and bangs young girls.
It’s not creepy, it’s living the dream. The media holier-than-thou types (especially Plaschke) have been trying to nail him for years, but for the average fan? They love him because he always says the right things to the fans, spends his money on the team (usually in direct contrast to other LA owners; having Sterling around helps out too). He’s pretty much the image of what the average fan would do if they suddenly became rich. So yeah, photo albums of girls younger than his grandkids might be a little weird, but just keep living the dream Jerry. Keep living the dream.
